Pat Siebrasse, a 50-year employee at Northern Illinois University, will bid farewell to her coworkers later this. Siebrasse worked for School of Family, Consumer and Nutrition Sciences for her entire career at NIU, a stunning accomplishment in a time when employment experts say the average employee can expect to work for about seven different employers during the course of a career. Pat plans to take a vacation and then spend time with her three children, nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
